Another screw up

Had to deal with the service department at Grand Touring Auto Downtown Toronto on Dupont.
Want a waste of times these guys are. Didn't return my call, had to call a second time to book an appointment for my wife's car for some warranty work.

Car is back, but unfortunately needs to go back to fix issues which where not resolved!

Why they suck

FIRST: A little background, my wife has a Jag & I own a Aston Martin which we both purchased from Grand Touring.

# Poor customer service
# Poor communication
# Service never follows up with clients
# Multiple visits to fix same issues
# Cars not ready when promised
# Poor availability for loaner cars
# Cars not clean upon delivery

These are our personal opinions and would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. Look else where.
